Jennifer has been married to her high school sweetheart for 23 years. They have three amazing children and two crazy dogs. Jennifer is self-employed as a travel advisor. She enjoys perfecting cookie recipes, spending time in nature, and laughing so hard she cries. She is deeply grateful for the opportunity to help bring hope and the gift of mobility to those in need.

a #1 Bestseller. In 2001, Nathan broke his neck snow skiing leaving him paralyzed and
in tremendous pain. Regaining half of his body function over the next year brought new
hope to his young family that he would walk again. That quickly changed as he lived
through a second devastating neck break robbing him the use of his hands, triceps, and
everything below the chest. Facing fears and staring his excuses in the eye, he found new
legs to live life standing taller.

and Global Practice Head for the Mobility practices and also focused on Internet of Things (IoT) and
user experience (UX) practice areas. Prior to this, Jeff was a serial entrepreneur having founded
several businesses since the mid-1990s. In fact, Jeff was awarded the prestigious BridgeGate 20
Award, recognizing Jeff as one of the top 20 business leaders and “difference makers” in Southern
California’s information technology and new media community.
In addition, Jeff serves on the Global Advisory Board for the Enterprise Mobility Exchange and is a
mentor and advisor to several Bay Area / Silicon Valley technology accelerators where he advises
several early to mid stage technology companies. Jeff is also an active angel investor and a member of
the Berkeley Angel Network. Jeff also serves as a Board member for Innovate Marquette SmartZone in
Michigan where he helps support the entrepreneurial eco-system.

and worked on innovation programs at global incubators, accelerators and corporations across North,
South & Central America, Europe and Asia. He has published many documents about enterprise

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics/Finance from Rutgers College and an MBA
focused on Strategy, Entrepreneurship and Technology from the Haas School of Business at the
University of California, Berkeley. He is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and, along with his wife,
enjoys the Silicon Valley lifestyle.
Margarita has a masters degree in Informatics and a bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering. She has
developed strategic projects focused on creating infrastructure and high skilled talent to increase
Mexico’s capabilities in innovation and ICT in the region of Jalisco (Mexico’s Silicon Valley) for
over a decade. Among them: ICT cluster; broadband connectivity network deployment in Jalisco;
IoT Innovation Center, Social Innovation Center.
She is a certified trainer and consultant of Persona Global Network (www.personaglobal.com) and
has delivered personal skills development programs to multinational companies since 1994.
Her most recent education journeys are in Capital Investment (2019) and Sustainability (2019-
2020) She is currently developing an endeavor in sustainability and solar energy.
Isaac is the owner of RedCastle Media. He acquired a bachelor’s degree in Film and Media Arts and is a cinematographer and video editor. He has shot and edited over a thousand short films, commercials, and corporate videos. He has also worked on several feature films, including The Freemason, starring Sean Astin from The Lord of The Rings, The Stepsister, and The Mentor. In 2017, he helped produce the documentary “Chair the Hope” and in 2019 he produced a feature documentary called “Delivering Hope: Costa Rica”.
Michael earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Parks, Recreation, & Tourism with an emphasis in Adventure and Outdoor Programming at the University of Utah. In 2013, Michael joined RedCastle Media as a writer, director, and aerial videographer, and has since assisted in the filmmaking of over 100 short films, commercials, and other videos.
Michael took part in filming a full feature Documentary called “Chair the Hope” and another documentary called “Delivering Hope: Costa Rica” where they traveled from Bend, Oregon to LA, California to raise money for wheelchairs and deliver them to 500 people in Mexico and Costa Rica. He has dedicated much of his time during the past five years to help create awareness of child safety, social, political, and other world issues on their YouTube channel “RedCastle Crusade” where they currently have over 23k subscribers and nearly 24 million views worldwide.
